Subscribers may opt-out of the Service within the first month of the contract period subject to the following conditions - |

IP Phone must be returned together with accessories and box |

SGD100 surcharge is applicable |
Any form of refund is no longer available after the first month of subscription |

IP phones can not be returned or exchanged after the first month of subscription, unless damaged or become inoperative. DSC has the discretion whether to charge for replacement depending on the condition and nature of the damage. |

DHCP must enabled for plug & play. For Corporate customers, configuration on their network firewall maybe required to allow VoIP traffic to pass thru. |
| 8. |
Subscriber must have a broadband router. Broadband routers can be optionally purchased from DSC. |
| 9. |
Free Multi-party conferencing are limited to 3 parties only. S$10 is chargeable for each additional party per subscription |

Personalized IVR, a setup cost is chargeable at S$10 per request. |

Call forwarding is available to IP phones only. |

This Service allows IP-phone to IP-phone calls only. PSTN calls are subject to subscription. |

INTERNET access is required to subscriber to this Service and, as such, voice quality and Service uptime is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis and dependent on the internet traffic and customer's bandwidth. |

All prices are inclusive of GST and subject to change without prior notice. |

THIS SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE EMERGENCY 911 or 999 SERVICES. IT IS NOT DESIGNED TO DO SO. |

IT IS not recommended that users sole rely TO THIS SERVICE FOR EMERGENCY, MEDICAL, FINANCIAL, GOVERNMENTAL CALLS OR ANY OTHER LIFE-THREATENING OR CRITICAL CALLS. |

This agreement makes it clear that the customer is not provided with any claim or remedy, legal or otherwise, with regards to the use of DSC Service and the interaction with DSC. The Customer agrees not to undertake any action, direct or indirect, that would harm DSC or its ownership and management in any way, including financially. |

RATES QUOTED TO CUSTOMERS AND RATES PAID BY CUSTOMERS ARE STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL AND MAY NOT BE SHARED WITH ANY OTHER PERSON OR LEGAL ENTITY. |

The customer agrees to safeguard their username, password and connection string information. The customer is responsible for all usage on their account. Suspected breach of username/password/dial string will be communicated to DSC within one (1) hour of the suspicion. |

This contract and professional relationship shall be governed by the laws of Singapore . The customer agrees to submit to this exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the above, only. |

DSC DOES NOT ENCRYPT ITS VOICE TRANSMISSIONS, NOR SENSITIVE PARTS OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION IN ITS DATABASES. DSC RETAINS THE RIGHT TO VOLUNTARILY HAND OVER INFORMATION REGARDING CUSTOMERS, USAGE AND CALLS TO GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS THAT REQUEST IT. |
