The TR114 Series of Universal Fax & Voice boards offers full fax and voice processing on a single multi-channel board, eliminating the need for dedicated hardware. Software-controlled digital signal processors provide independent fax & voice processing on each channel.
Advanced Fax Feature
The TR114 Series boards support advanced fax features including 14.4kbps transmission, MMR compression, Error Correction Mode, T.434 Binary File Transfer as well as high performance voice processing features such as outstanding talk-off and DTMF cut-through characteristics. The TR114 Series also offers reliable call processing with advanced international call progress interpretation and reporting.
Widest Product Line Available
The TR114 Series boards are available in several configurations including 2 and 4 channel analog boards with loop start or on-board DID telephone interface. 2, 4 and 8 channel digital board with MVIPT and PEBT interface are also available for integration with digital network interfaces or resources from other vendors.
Application Programming Interface
The Fax & Voice Application Programming Interface (API) provides a wealth of tools for sophisticated application development. Powerful, hgh level functions permit programmers to quicky create working applications. Lower level function permit direct interaction with the T.30 protocol. The Brooktrout Infopacket structure allos complete documents to be easily assembled from componet parts. ASCII to fax conversion and document combination are supported "on-the-fly". The API is available for operation under the UNIXT, Windows NTT, OS/2T, Windows 95T, MS-DOST, QNXT, AIXT, and SolarisT operating systems. |
