Client Access Business Unit This unit distributes modems, conference phones, GSM mobile communications products for end users and consumers through an established dealer / retailer network. It provides channel sales support, end user education, RMA service, and technical support. Current products include:
Enterprise Network Systems Business Unit This unit distributes high-end modems, ISDN terminal adapters, remote access routers, and Ethernet / Fast Ethernet LAN products used by corporate users. The typical final customers for these products are MIS or computer departments of various businesses and government organizations. However, we normally sell our products through a network of system integrators (SI) and value added resellers (VAR) who undertake projects to provide these organizations with computer and network solutions:
Carrier Business Unit This unit supplies carrier class remote access concentrators to telecommunication operators (Telco) and Internet service providers (ISP). Currently we provide 3Com Total Control and Lucent/Ascend MAX family range of products to major Telco and ISP customers in this region. Despite intense competition from another major RAS vendors, we managed to secure credible customers due to our strong technical capability and excellent working relationship with our customers. The following expertise is mandatory for successful integration and implementation into any ISP network. Software
Within our group, we have the capability to undertake and complete any RAS maintenance project for any large ISPs providing management report and capacity planning. In addition, our years of experience enable us to resolve 1st and 2nd level technical issues. Only 3rd level technical problems are escalated to CSO. Hardware We have certified Engineers trained in the following areas:
We give substantial investment on leased lines and PRI lines. Consequently, we are able to acquire license to be a VAR for Pacific Internet and thence, have a full ISP setup in terms of hardware and software equipment for our test lab. In other regional offices, we work very closely with customers to test any new technology. Maintenance Contract Service Unit We provide 24x7 maintenance service to cater for critical application and deployment within today's network. This activity is fully supported by stand-by engineers who are ready to take action to ensure network availability and uptime. |
